This hotel has a good standard, with well-equipped rooms and clean, modern bathrooms. Overall, it feels tidy and well-maintained. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes — especially the sausages, which are really delicious. However, the location is quite far from the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and tram stations, though fortunately there are a few bus lines passing in front of the hotel. The main downside is the parking policy. Guests should be allowed to park for free, but the hotel charges €19 per day, which is quite expensive. I only parked for less than 30 minutes just to drop off my luggage, yet they still charged the full rate — very disappointing and unfair.

The holiday inn express was a little bit far from Oktoberfest but that was manageable. The condition of the hotel was poor. The rugs in the hallway and room was descustingly stained. The couch in the room was absolutely gross. See pics below. The breakfast was really good.

The room is enough for 2 persons. There was no water kettle. The location near to bus station Recommended hotel if you want to go Octoberfest in Munich.

雖然不近市中心，但酒店門口就是巴士站，可以轉乘致最近既火車站和地鐵等。另外入住酒店會包自助早餐，雖然款式基本不變，但味道還是不錯的。特別他們有多種生菓可以拿取食用。 所以如果下次再會來到慕尼黑，我還會再選擇此假日酒店Holiday Inn Express. 😊

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it was clean, spacious, and the free breakfast is sumptuous. Outside the hotel is a bus station that allows you to go to your destination with ease. The lobby is spacious. This hotel is highly recommended for business people and even those family traveling. Internet connection is fast.
